Complete 3×8-10 Reps of the following

Fat Grip Plate Rows

One Arm Plate Press


Team WOD: Complete 6 Total Rounds (3 each) or 25 Minutes.

Partner 1 will farmer walk around the parking lot. Partner 2 will AMRAP the following until partner 1 returns.

15 Jump Squats
