WOD 1:

1 Min on 1 Off for 3 rounds

5 V-ups/ Tuck-Up/ Sit-Ups

10 Mountain Climbers-

Rest 3 min.

1:00 On 1:00 Off for 3 rounds

5 Pike Press

10 Shoulder To Overhead With Plate

WOD 2:

2 Minutes Pocket Taps
2 Minutes Situps
Rest 1 min
90 sec Pocket Taps
90 sec Situps
Rest 1 min
60 sec Pocket Taps
60 sec Situps

 

WOD 3: Plank Battle

Partner up with someone. Who can hold a plank the longest.
