WOD1: For Time 65/55 Pushups. Every Time you break perform 10 Perfect Air Squats. Note these are not regular Air Squats.
WOD 2: Tag Team Tuesday
P-Loop Burner: 2 rounds for time
As a team lunge around the perimeter of the parking lot, while a partner holds a plate overhead. The partner holding the plate will walk in a normal fashion while holding a plate overhead. Whenever the team wants to take a break or switch they will perform 5 synchronized burpees.
